This document forms a legal agreement between you and the aec44 platform. Please read all terms carefully before using the platform.

General Overview
Definitions & Introduction
"aec44" or "Platform" refers to the aec44.lat website and all related services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform. "We" or "Company" refers to the organisation operating aec44.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, bonus offers, gaming activities, deposit and withdrawal processes, and user conduct on the aec44 platform. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update will be treated as your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility Requirements

- Keeping the account password secure is entirely the user's responsibility.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
- Any unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately.
- aec44 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party use of an account.
Account Closure & Suspension
aec44 reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Suspicious money laundering activity.
- Court order or legal requirement.
In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned after a review process.
Financial Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
Payment methods currently accepted on the aec44 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, deposits can be made through major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank.

Welcome Bonus & Promotional Terms
The aec44 welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive the bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- Bonus Calculation: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and a total balance of ৳24,000.
- Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus requires ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- The bonus is applicable once only, and each user is entitled to one welcome bonus.
- If multiple claims are made from multiple accounts or the same device, the bonus will be cancelled.
- aec44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
The terms of other promotional offers will be stated separately alongside each offer. The specific terms of each offer take precedence over these general terms.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play & Technical Errors
All games on the aec44 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Our games run through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which keeps every outcome impartial.
- Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will be considered void.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the game software is prohibited.
- The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other strategic tools is strictly prohibited.
- Any error or irregularity noticed should be reported to the support team immediately.
- aec44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game or service due to technical issues.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:
- Cheating, collusion, or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to any system on the platform.
- Unauthorised use of the aec44 name, logo, or brand identity.
- Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
Sports Betting Terms
Sports betting is available at aec44. Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC events), football, and kabaddi. Betting odds may change over time, and aec44 reserves the right to update odds at any time.
- A bet once accepted cannot be cancelled.
- If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bet settlement will follow the applicable rules.
- aec44 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
- Any known information regarding match fixing must be reported immediately.
VIP, Privacy & Security
VIP Program Terms
The aec44 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
The criteria for determining and changing VIP tiers are set by aec44. Advancement to a higher tier is based on consistent active participation and activity on the platform. aec44 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
Data Protection & Privacy

Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and aec44 regarding use of the aec44 platform and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
Right to Amend Terms
aec44 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are published will be treated as your acceptance of the new Terms.
